Yes. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when entering, exiting, and while on the floor for everyone’s safety.
Inside the wash area, we provide waterproof leads you can use during the bath.
You can hang up your personal leash and collar while washing your dog, then reattach it once you’re done.
After the bath, use the Pet Parking hook while you clean your station.

Unfortunately, no. This is a shared community space, and all dogs must be dog-friendly.
Dogs with aggression issues are not permitted for the safety of all pets and owners.

Yes! All our shampoos are suitable for dogs with sensitive skin.
We also offer a henna-based shampoo, which is gentle and a great option for extra sensitive pups.
If your dog has known allergies, you’re welcome to bring your own shampoo.

Yes! We provide towels and aprons for you to help keep dry while you wash your dog.

We provide tools in the DIY area for general maintenance like brushing, washing, drying, and light grooming—but no cutting tools are available. For hair cutting and other advanced grooming services, please visit our partner store next door, Mr Potts Dog Grooming. If you’re a member, you’ll enjoy free add-ons at Mr Potts, including certain grooming services!
